Job Summary

A a multi-national insurance company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative in Pittsburgh.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Use SMS Assist proprietary software to review each scope
  • Work in partnership with the Director of Procurement to manage a national price list
  • Maintain SLA for reviewing, editing and submitting budgets

Qualifications Include:

  • Thorough knowledge of maintenance/construction terms and pricing
  • Strong Communication: Written & verbal
  • Pricing Negotiation skills
  • Data Driven Role Specific Skills
  • Basic Home Maintenance knowledge
  • Advanced proficiencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
