Job Summary

An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Sierra Vista.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Following up to customer inquiries
  • Resolving issues on first call

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a customer service position
  • Ability to use Windows Operating System and type 25 WPM
  • Ability to consistently meet schedule requirements
  • Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
