Job Summary

A business services outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative in the Blue Bell Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens

Qualifications for this position include:

  • The initial 2-3 days will be onsite to onboard and get started
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Basic computer navigation skills and exceptional communication skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
