Job Summary

A bank holding company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in the Richmond Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Educating customers on the utilization of company's credit cards and reward services
  • Understanding and answer account specific questions
  • Answering inbound calls from customers and service providers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Attend team meetings and trainings
  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
  • Problem solving skills
