Job Summary
A bank holding company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in the Richmond Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Educating customers on the utilization of company's credit cards and reward services
- Understanding and answer account specific questions
- Answering inbound calls from customers and service providers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Attend team meetings and trainings
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
