Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting customers with tech issues
  • Using remote access application to access customer's computer for tech assistance
  • Working closely with team to identify and resolve customer issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Some experience with basic computing
