Job Summary

A technology software company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing calls to/from patients requiring resupply of sleep therapy products
  • Understanding the unique requirements of patients and provides appropriate direction
  • Logging into a daily work list and documents results of calls

Required Skills:

  • High school education required
  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Associated Degree and/or college coursework preferred
  • Ability to make twenty to twenty five calls per hour
  • Two years of call-center or high-volume phone
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
