Job Summary

A disaster relief and emergency services organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Specialist I in Johnstown.

Must be able to:

  • Receive routine orders for a variety of blood and pharmaceutical products and transfusion-related supplies
  • Follow appropriate procedures ensuring accurate order entry and order fulfillment
  • Make follow-up calls if product needs cannot be met as expected

Qualifications Include:

  • High School or equivalent required
  • Minimum one years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • 1+ year of product tracking experience preferred
  • Ability to locate products in multiple systems and provide accurate status updates
