Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Trainer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing digital educational material
  • Organizing classroom-style seminars about app features/updates and support techniques
  • Conducting role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills

Qualifications Include:

  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Keynote or other presentation software
  • Work experience training adult learners
