Job Summary

Business to business service is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Travel Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking inbound calls to schedule air, hotel, and car reservations using Sabre Red
  • Providing accurate domestic and international routing and pricing
  • Facilitating customer decisions on itinerary selection and ticketing options

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Knowledge of domestic and international destinations
  • Self-motivated go-getters who love to tackle any challenge and can pick up on new technology quickly
  • Time management skills with flexibility to re-prioritize to meet customer needs
