A cloud communications company is seeking a Remote Customer Stories Content Marketer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Interviewing customers and writing compelling narratives
- Ensuring customers are thrilled with their story
- Ensuring products and use cases/solutions are represented accurately
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years’ experience in interviewing and writing
- 2+ years’ in a customer facing role
- Experiencing working closely with partners of all types
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- A keen eye for detail and ideally, copy editing experience
