Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Establishing a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with customers and partners
- Serving as a subject matter expert to demo, educate and influence up-sell opportunities
- Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for growth in existing accounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in highly technical consultative, engineering, operational and implementation roles
- Ability to present yourself as a subject matter expert in these fields
- Highly organized, methodical, and action oriented when it comes to managing multiple projects
- Ability to create compelling presentations with relevant content that is visually appealing
