A marketing, media and technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring that each of our customers and prospects has a world-class experience
  • Using Zendesk products and services to facilitating your interactions with customers
  • Driving sales and reducing attrition

Required Skills:

  • Experience with a variety of customer service platforms
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Able to resolve difficult customer challenges
  • Positive, customer-first mentality
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service or sales experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
