Job Summary

A nonprofit company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Troubleshooting issues and navigate very personal and sensitive experiences with pet owners
  • Expertly addressing inquiries via email and phone providing answers
  • Producing copy for new materials and updates to existing texts

Position Requirements Include:
