Job Summary

A marketing technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the execution and monitoring of day-to-day customer's campaign tasks
• Coordinating intake of campaign details and help customer stay on track for value realization through strong project management skills
• Managing client communication around operational tasks

Qualifications Include:

• 1-2 years in a digital marketing environment working with Enterprise level clients
• Strong academic record, including an undergraduate degree preferably in marketing, management or related fields
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies
• Strong quantitative skills and experience working in Excel
• Ability to deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that sometimes requires creative problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable in a role that combines elements of multiple disciplines
