Job Summary

A video technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Champion.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Proactively contacting new customers to help them get setup
  • Helping the tech support reps in the ticket queue
  • Giving in-depth analysis of customer websites and content

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years in Customer Support or similar
  • Experience in SaaS
  • Fully functioning workstation and a quiet place to work
  • Native or near-native English speaker
