A company that offers an employer-facing mental health solution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the entire customer lifecycle post-sales
- Implementing strategic initiatives relating to Customer Success
- Leading a team of Customer Success Managers
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years in Customer Success in a B2B environment managing and scaling a team
- Ability to define, surface and report on Customer Success KPIs
