Job Summary

A banking company for digital entrepreneurs is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Setting the overall vision and strategic plan for the Account Management organization
  • Driving customer outcomes, product adoption and customer experience
  • Leading the technical assessment as part of the sales process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel quarterly for company off-sites
  • 5 years experience leading customer success managers
  • 3 years experience leading managers of teams in a SaaS enterprise
  • Proven experience leading teams
  • Proven ability to develop strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead managers
