Job Summary

A banking company for digital entrepreneurs is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Setting the overall vision and strategic plan for the Account Management organization
Driving customer outcomes, product adoption and customer experience
Leading the technical assessment as part of the sales process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Travel quarterly for company off-sites
5 years experience leading customer success managers
3 years experience leading managers of teams in a SaaS enterprise
Proven experience leading teams
Proven ability to develop strategies
Demonstrated ability to lead managers
