Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Enablement Learning and Development Specialist in Dallas Fort Worth.

Must be able to:

  • Design and deliver effective training content across multiple channels
  • Create online quizzes, tests, and assessments to support the development of our certification program
  • Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to align on training objectives

Position Requirements Include:

  • A bachelor’s degree in education, communications, or marketing, or equivalent B2B SaaS experience
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience designing and creating educational content
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using audio/visual software such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro
  • Experience using graphic design production software such as Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, or InDesign
  • Experience managing LMS software such as SkillJar, Docebo, or Adobe Captivate
