Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Head.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining and optimizing the customer journey
- Understanding customer objectives and providing guidance toward achievement
- Increasing renewal rates and reduce churn
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years experience leading Customer Success in a SaaS software company
- Strong technical, analytic and problem solving skills
- A passion for keeping the focus on the customer
- Expert knowledge of the tools of the trade: ticketing and CRM (we use Zendesk and Salesforce)
- Deep understanding of relationship and account management best practices
