Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Head.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining and optimizing the customer journey
  • Understanding customer objectives and providing guidance toward achievement
  • Increasing renewal rates and reduce churn

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years experience leading Customer Success in a SaaS software company
  • Strong technical, analytic and problem solving skills
  • A passion for keeping the focus on the customer
  • Expert knowledge of the tools of the trade: ticketing and CRM (we use Zendesk and Salesforce)
  • Deep understanding of relationship and account management best practices
