Job Summary

A software technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Head.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Implementing scalable processes to achieve predictable revenue growth including iterating on our playbook
  • Scaling the company’s customer success team to 25+ in the coming 2 years to expand the company’s current products
  • Managing, retaining, recruiting & developing a team of high-performing customer success team members

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing and growing customer success teams
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintaining a customer portfolio, including enterprise customers
  • Experience maintaining and upselling a $50M+ portfolio
  • A consistent track record of leading customer success teams to exceed retention and revenue objectives
