  • Proven working experience in instructional design
  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts, and storyboards
  • Confidence to challenge ideas and push people to think outside the box
