Job Summary

A provider of secure technology solutions has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying and contacting ‘high value’ customers to offer additional support and education
  • Building relationships with existing partners, helping to grow their user base and product offerings
  • Providing excellent support for all customers via online chat, email and phone

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must have experience of working in a customer service related role
  • Experience working for a SAAS or technical business
  • Experience using online communication tools like skype, slack, live-chat
