Job Summary

A staffing firm is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as the escalation point for customer issues
  • Implementing scalable methods for communicating best practices
  • Driving renewals and with sales teams to drive expansions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated success in Customer Success
  • Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment
  • Proven track record leading customer engagements
