A staffing firm is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as the escalation point for customer issues

- Driving renewals and with sales teams to drive expansions

- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated success in Customer Success
