Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Respond in a timely manner to all inquiries
- Develop list of top inquiries for future product improvements
- Use and update support documentation including text and video resources
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel internationally 1-2 times per year; additional travel required for conferences
- Experience with eCommerce
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
- Ability to manage and prioritize several different projects
- Demonstrable critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
