Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Respond in a timely manner to all inquiries
  • Develop list of top inquiries for future product improvements
  • Use and update support documentation including text and video resources

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel internationally 1-2 times per year; additional travel required for conferences
  • Experience with eCommerce
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Ability to manage and prioritize several different projects
  • Demonstrable critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
