Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring Client contract renewals are executed in a timely fashion
  • Running a regular communication cadence with your Clients
  • Delivering and executing annual Strategic Account Plans

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel both domestically and possibly internationally
  • 5-10 years of total work experience
  • 3-6 years in client relationships, consulting, service experience, or product management
  • Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing enterprise strategy and financials
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing business requirements
