A publishing network and news aggregation company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

  • Providing post-sale member onboarding
  • Assisting members in getting value from products

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, with SaaS or software subscription business models
  • Experience with SaaS solutions
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience managing different types of customers
  • Experience gathering intelligent product feedback and recommendations
