Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Establish a trusted strategic advisor relationship with assigned clients and drive continued value of our products and services
  • Act as a client consultant focusing on increasing product adoption, ensuring retention and improving satisfaction
  • Work with clients to establish critical goals and other key performance indicators (KPI's)

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • 4+ years experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Analytical mindset
