Job Summary

A logistic solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Explain pricing and gather customer pricing
  • Conduct outreach to carriers/lsps
  • Document and communicate carrier activity and pricing internally

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years' experience in customer-facing organizations
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry, especially truckload, and experience working with LSPs is required
