A financial technology software developer has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing the implementation and onboarding process for new customers
- Preparing and leading Annual Business Reviews leveraging in-depth insight of customer usage
- Coaching customers to be product specialists so they become increasingly self sufficient
