Job Summary
A marketing services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Balancing multiple customer accounts in various stages of their lifecycle and allocate appropriate resources and activities that drive and support adoption, retention and expansion phases
- Validating desired customer business outcomes and provide standard methodology recommendations
- Providing training, support and business updates to customers through email, status calls and scheduled meetings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors degree
- Demonstrated ability to on-board, support, and excite customers to deliver high customer satisfaction, advocacy, and loyalty
- Excellent project management experience running multiple projects at a time with a proven record of prioritizing contending initiatives
- Experience working with technologies such as Adobe Analytics, Google AdWords, Sitecore, HubSpot, Fullstory (or similar)
- Ability to build strong rapport and establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with a proven ability to effectively connect with and relay information to all levels of a customer’s organization
