Job Summary
A marketing company that offers an all-in-one influencer marketing platform is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Own the customer relationship post sales by partnering with key stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with B2C brands, ensuring customer delight and retention
- Develop strategies and marketing recommendations to increase customer performance
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years experience in a customer facing role at a software technology startup, or influencer marketing software or agency responsible for customer retention
- Experience working cross functionally with multiple internal stakeholders, including sales, product, support, services, and other internal organizations
- Prior experience with renewing customer contracts and upselling/expanding customers
