Job Summary
A technology manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure all incoming customer requests and concerns are resolved
- Provide virtual training to educate customers on the platform
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 + years of work experience
- Ability to utilize multiple systems, including Microsoft/Google Suite and Salesforce
- History of driving revenue through retention and growth of existing accounts
