Job Summary

A technology manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure all incoming customer requests and concerns are resolved
  • Provide virtual training to educate customers on the platform

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5 + years of work experience
