A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Manager in Atlanta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship
- Understand the customer’s business objectives
- Manage renewals and expansions of customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Coachable and curious with a growth mindset
- 2-5 years experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight and the SaaS industry is preferred
