Job Summary
An education company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Manager in Milwaukee.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing action oriented annual and multi-year strategic account plans
- Meeting and exceeding assigned targets for renewals, sales expansion opportunities, and strategic objectives
- Educating customers about new products and services as well as developing and delivering webinars
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Bachelors' degree in business, education, or other related fields required
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in an account management role
- Experience developing account strategy, building client relationships, and cultivating new business opportunities required
- Demonstrated effective and collaborative interpersonal and professional relationship building skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
