Job Summary

A software and enterprise search company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Growing customers’ depth of understanding by providing educational sessions
  • Being on the look out to spot and identify and/or upsell opportunities
  • Advocating the customers’ needs/issues internally, across departments

Position Requirements Include:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • BS / BA or other degree required
  • Strong functional consultative approach
  • Able to discuss technical concepts with C-level executives
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar or solution consulting role
  • 5+ years of experience with CRMs
