Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive weekly drumbeat of one-on-ones, team meetings, forecast meetings
  • Standardize team scorecard; leverage data and call coaching
  • Implement Customer Success onboarding and training program

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience leading a Customer Success or account management team
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting
  • Well-versed in current Customer Success technology solutions
  • Operationally disciplined; can set and manage a structured process
