Job Summary

A software development firm has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Defining and continuously refining reports and dashboards to track leading indicators of renewals
  • Leveraging Customer Data to build customer intimacy and to inform our decision making
  • Managing the customer survey program

Required Skills:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or better
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business model
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
  • Three or more years of experience defining and implementing cross-functional programs
  • Significant hands on experience working and building in or Gainsight
