Job Summary

A sourcing platform company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Detecting early signals of at-risk renewals
  • Tracking leading indicators of renewals and upsell
  • Leading and managing team meetings to ensure all members of the team are informed on current processes

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years business experience, with a preference of 1 to 3 years of experience at a SaaS company
  • Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager, managing large enterprise customers
  • Understanding of customer success organizations and processes
