Job Summary

A company solution provider has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting key customer interactions
  • Serving customers as strategic partner and visionary
  • Supporting a portfolio of key enterprise clients

Required Skills:

  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • 4-7 years experience in consultative/customer-facing roles serving large enterprise accounts
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years experience deploying/implementing software solutions/web apps
  • Comfort with designing/managing/upselling large contract deals for multiple accounts
