Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Principal.

Must be able to:

  • Develop deep relationships with client
  • Develop success plans in cooperation with the client
  • Coordinate the activates necessary to deliver on the plan

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time to clients, headquarters and appropriate industry events
  • BA/BS degree
  • 10+ years of experience servicing National (Fortune 500) accounts for both services and support
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting program management
  • Ability to blend technology and business strategy to develop customer account success plans
  • Comfort with giving product demonstrations
