Job Summary

A software development and cybersecurity firm is seeking a Remote Customer Success Program Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Defining a systematic approach to customer success that tracks and responds to each customer’s Machine Identity Management Journey
  • Demonstrating creativity in developing innovative ways to identify, prioritize, and respond to customers’ needs
  • Maintaining and improve customer health scores

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Previous experience in professional services consulting, customer support, solution architect or sales engineering
  • Strong desire to ensure customers’ technical success
  • Strong technical skills and experience with PKI, encryption, and identity management
  • Proven ability to educate, build and maintain relationships with customer technical experts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to install and configure typical enterprise software in a lab environment for the purposes of testing specific functionality for customers
