Job Summary
A software development and cybersecurity firm is seeking a Remote Customer Success Program Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Defining a systematic approach to customer success that tracks and responds to each customer’s Machine Identity Management Journey
- Demonstrating creativity in developing innovative ways to identify, prioritize, and respond to customers’ needs
- Maintaining and improve customer health scores
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Previous experience in professional services consulting, customer support, solution architect or sales engineering
- Strong desire to ensure customers’ technical success
- Strong technical skills and experience with PKI, encryption, and identity management
- Proven ability to educate, build and maintain relationships with customer technical experts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to install and configure typical enterprise software in a lab environment for the purposes of testing specific functionality for customers
