Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Regional Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the region’s customer success managers for strategic accounts
  • Hiring, training, and developing team members
  • Using metrics to guide ongoing improvements experience and processes

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • 8-12 years experience managing customer-facing organizations
  • Deep understanding of recurring revenue business models
  • Strong working knowledge of Cloud ecosystems
