Job Summary

A healthcare software company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Senior Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and setting clear accountable performance measures to guide and improve Customer Success agent/overall team performance
  • Cultivating and leading a Customer Success team culture that will help achieve business goals and objectives
  • Improving NPS (Net Promoter Score) – CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), or other defined Customer Metrics

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 8+ Years of extensive leadership experience managing operational customer service / customer success teams
  • Proven Management and/or relationship management experience at a senior, strategic level
  • Established track record of exceeding targets, KPI’s & SLA’s
  • Strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting the healthcare and life sciences industries
  • Able to leverage Management Information and Business Intelligence to develop strategy and make recommendations
  • Demonstrate ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels
