Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

• Create discipline and processes
• Evaluate and evolve internal processes and systems to improve and optimize the Customer Experience
• Spearhead and develop optimization strategies for specific touchpoints of Customer interactions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• In-depth knowledge of technology stacks, CRM and Ticketing software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
