Job Summary
A company that provides a software platform for machine data is in need of a Remote Customer Success Software Operations Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Influence executive leadership within the business areas
- Work closely with the Director of CSM Operations to identify priority initiatives and OKRs along with a path of execution
- Leverage your program management skills to own and drive the priority initiatives forward
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years practical experience in a cross functional project or program management role
- Background in customer success management
- Experience establishing processes, supporting teams, developing relationships, and managing end-to-end for a portfolio of concurrent programs
- Experience building partnerships with internal stakeholders and customers, including colleagues and all levels of the organization
- Experience working with or in Product Marketing, Marketing or Customer Success teams on Product Enablement or Feature Release Programs
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Renewals Management/Recurring Revenue
