Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Giving demos and working with existing customers
- Talking to real people instead of buried inside a text editor working on code
- Providing friendly conversation flow via email and live chat
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel to an in-person meeting with the entire team to meet and work together face to face
- Must have perfect phone demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively via the phone
- Must have perfect grammar and professional tone
- Understanding of the technical aspects of hosting and cloud storage and experience troubleshooting problems
- Ability to perform light Sales duties
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a position with direct responsibility for supporting hosting clients or other servers
