Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Giving demos and working with existing customers
  • Talking to real people instead of buried inside a text editor working on code
  • Providing friendly conversation flow via email and live chat

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel to an in-person meeting with the entire team to meet and work together face to face
  • Must have perfect phone demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively via the phone
  • Must have perfect grammar and professional tone
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of hosting and cloud storage and experience troubleshooting problems
  • Ability to perform light Sales duties
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in a position with direct responsibility for supporting hosting clients or other servers
