Job Summary

A healthcare solutions provider is seeking a Remote Customer Success Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as the conduit to promoting company’s broader value proposition to the members collectively served
  • Driving the customer success culture across the organization
  • Helping to shape go-to-market strategy and challenging the status quo

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 15 or more years applicable experience
  • Experience with Account Management, Healthcare Leadership, and Health Management Systems
  • Bachelors degree
  • Demonstrated ability to shape strategies to drive member cost and quality improvements
  • Proven ability to identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Ability to lead a customer success/account management team
