Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Support Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Actively fostering and engaging with new projects
- Providing general support to all of our users, usually via text based chat
- Onboarding new leads to the platform
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- WordPress expertise at an implementation user level
- Capable of communicating to other departments in the company
- Native-level English speaker
- Ability to vet potential projects that are posted on the platform
