Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Support Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Actively fostering and engaging with new projects
  • Providing general support to all of our users, usually via text based chat
  • Onboarding new leads to the platform

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • WordPress expertise at an implementation user level
  • Capable of communicating to other departments in the company
  • Native-level English speaker
  • Ability to vet potential projects that are posted on the platform
