Job Summary
A technology company that is dedicated to helping people feel confident with their money is in need of a Remote Customer Support Agent.
Must be able to:
- Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding accounts and product
- Resolve issues efficiently and completely or escalate to team lead
- Support customers across different platforms over the phone, email and chat
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Customer focus and passion for speaking to customers, answering queries and solving issues
- Experience working remotely with verifiable high-speed internet connection
- Must possess a professional attitude and be able to develop a rapport with customers
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Flexibility with working hours to include weekends and some holiday shifts
