Job Summary

A technology company that is dedicated to helping people feel confident with their money is in need of a Remote Customer Support Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding accounts and product
  • Resolve issues efficiently and completely or escalate to team lead
  • Support customers across different platforms over the phone, email and chat

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Customer focus and passion for speaking to customers, answering queries and solving issues
  • Experience working remotely with verifiable high-speed internet connection
  • Must possess a professional attitude and be able to develop a rapport with customers
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Flexibility with working hours to include weekends and some holiday shifts
