Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Customer Support Analyst in Sacramento.

Must be able to:

  • Provide training and training materials to customers to support successful storefront adoption
  • Investigate and resolve billing issues and monitor receivables
  • Collaborate with accounting to resolve any account holds
